Our philosophy

QUALITY POLICY

INAUXA’s quality policy seeks to set the criteria and principles of the working philosophy to be applied in all posts and functions at the company by all members of the INAUXA workforce.

The essential objective is to ensure that the ever-more-rapidly changing demands of our customers can always be met effectively, and to adapt our response to customer requirements accordingly.

This principle must be taken on board and applied in all activities and functions in all areas of the company, and must be properly co-ordinated.

To that end the management of INAUXA undertakes:

• to report trends at all levels in the indicators used to measure the company’s efficacy and situation as regards quality and customer satisfaction
• to train all personnel to the standard of skills required properly to carry out their functions and roles.
• to encourage all employees to take part in the day-to-day management of their immediate working environment so that decisions can be made more quickly and effectively as a way of energising continuous improvement and self-management.
• to encourage co-operation with employees and suppliers to integrate them into the production system as determinant elements for an effective, efficient balance of production and quality and thus ensure customer satisfaction.
